    Do you have a legit copy of Traktor though? You should be able to log in in to your account at NI site and look up for older installers.

    If nothing works out I can give you full Traktor Pro 1.2.7 licence, I would just need a few days to find my old laptop and unregister the software for transfer.

    But as they said, I think your problem is optimizing win10 so your DJ software has enough resources. I ran that old Traktor Pro 1.2.7 version in 4 decks, keylock on, all 4 fx banks on and on only 30% load on a crappy winXP, CentrinoDuo 1.73Mhz proc and 2 GB RAM. But, win was higly optimized, basically barebone OS (because I did a dual boot with normal OS on other partition for everyday use).

    you could try serato scratch live, doesnt get any lighter than that
