Default I found a new use for the 45 adapter holders on Technics! *PICS*

As I was looking around for my spare 45 adapters to put in the holders on my new turntables I stumbled upon a pack of tea lights and had an idea. It actually really brightens things up and makes mixing in the dark much easier, plus it looks neat. I think it's a cool trick and I'll be throwing a few in my DJ bag and see what people say when I light them up on club Technics. As long as you're not drunk and stupid and manage to splash wax all over your wax they are pretty safe and aren't going to harm your gear.

It sets a nice mood and I like to mix in the dark.

It looks nice, but doesn't it bother you to watch the flame directly?

It might if I intentionally watched the flame directly but they are out of the way and jjust provide some nice lighting.

Looks pretty cool, but aren't you slightly scared that if you knock the right deck wax might spill onto your 4D?

yes the wax can spill on your vinyl too :P

but I've liked, all led and future lightining stuff looks awesome with some natural candle light
It's such a vintage look for a DJ table, maybe you could make a glass globe around it to make even cooler!

I find they're great for standing your cigs in whilst you're changing the record

Yep I like it too, as long as you don't knock into it it's pretty hard to have an accident. I like the idea of some kind of glass globe with an inch hole in it in the back for it to breathe, that would be pretty cool and certainly a unique thing to have on a pair of technics.
