I/O priority windows

Finally got round to putting the 'shell tweak' into my tpro boot earlie, and decided to use sysinternals process explorer to monitor traktor with heavy effects use, hitting some of my more mod heavy buttons, scratching, loops and cue juggling.

performed well enough to keep me happy, but noticed the i/o priority part of the info process explorer shows.

came to the conclusion that if i can change that, maybe traktor would be more responsive. had a google, found this. going to give it a whirl a bit later and see if it makes a difference. thinking it could help with some latency issues people occasionally see, and maybe smooth over the problem with using 'send monitor state' on a windows laptop?

anyone else used anything like this?

hmmm... apparently requires v4 of .net framework. found a d/l of it, still won't work. meh, got the prio service still so process is higher priority.
