Default Mapping lights to Modifier conditions? Traktor S-Pro

Hey. I have a Dj-Tech I-mix and I'm finally taking the time to map it to how I want it.

I'm managing everything fine, except I don't know how to get the lights to work to show modifier conditions that I've set (there are a lot, because I have limited buttons and a lot need to perform multiple functions.)

Right now for example I'm mapping the effects section.

The equaliser knobs need to also control effects when I want them to.

So I've mapped it so when I press a button near the knobs, it changes m1 to 0, and have mapped the knobs to alter the equaliser when m1=0

Using any of the effects will cause m1 to change to 1 so that the knobs alter effects only. When m1=1, the effects will turn on/off only when I am holding them down. Another button off to the side disables the knobs when I hold it down so I can change their positions back around when I need to (by setting m1 to 2). When I press another button near the knobs it changes m1 to 3 and this causes the knobs to again alter effects but this time the buttons will toggle effects instead.

So that's a lot of shit for only a few buttons and knobs and I need the lights to work in specific ways to show me the setting that I've got them at.

    SOOO:

I want the button that sets m1 to 0 to glow when m1 is 0, all of the effects buttons to glow when m1 is 1, and when m1 is 3, only the active effects should be glowing.

I tried mapping an out... modifier #1, selected the button I want to glow and set the specific modifier condition but it still won't glow when I change the modifier value.

How do I get this to work the way I want it to?

    Thanks toooooons

to make an LED flash, map it to 'beat phase monitor' with your given modifier conditions. Then it flashes with the beat.
