Default How do i do a toggle modifier??

I swear this used to be possible before like a toggle shift button?? Basically have army of me's swoosh effect mapped to a fader but its hard to hold the button, flick fadder to off value and also hit play on another controller on the drop

never been possible to actually toggle (mainly because there's 7 states for a mod)

just map 2 inputs to same button

    one for m [x] = 0 if m [x] = 1
    and
    one for m [x] = 1 if m [x] = 0

What do you mean by that? Never really used modifiers too much since a mapping i robbed had them done already but there just hold buttons on it
