No it not even looks like the midi is read it in traktor but as you see in the picture I can find it on the list of midi in and out. but when i press the a knob or pad no message is pick by the software! is this has to be because I'm using the ddj t1 and I upgrade from the manufacture edition?

Does the blue ctrl light blink in Traktor (up by the clock) when you press a button on the trigger finger?

no. not at all. I read some where here that if I use the ddj t1 I can not add a aditional midi controller. I need to know this cause I still can get my money back from the store. I will not stay stock just with the t1 as a controller.

Does my preference menu looks like yours? I notice in some videos that you can see on the left a midi mapping tab, and I cant assign the type of controller or interaction mode.

    Mine

I'm not sure if the Pioneer software has any limitations on it like you say, but you've obviously added another controller.

Looks the same, I don't know why I find it on the device tab, and the ctrl button doesn't light up for incoming signal.

I search all over the web and nothing not a single trace.

I'll give it a try tomorrow again.

    -Thank you Chris.

What computer and OS are you using? Maybe check the midi processes in it to see if the computer sees it.

Also check post 5 in this thread and see if it helps

Hey not sure if this will help, but are you plugging your TF directly into your laptop? If you are, try plugging it into a usb hub instead. Many TF's do not send MIDI when plugged into computer ports but then work fine when plugged into a hub.
