Default Where are you getting your Techno Samples?

    Hey guys!

After a long time, due to finishing grad school, I'm back in my studio. I'm in search of good drum samples to produce minimal techno/tech-house and was wondering if you guy have some suggestions of good companies for me.

    Thanks!

    Rafael

Loopmasters has a good (but kind of expensive) selection. Also, take a look at the free starter collection from No Dough Sounds - some really good stuff (imho).

Yeah Beatport sounds or Loopmasters... just take care to try and find good one shot packs, the loops are cheesy and annoying (and somehow feel like cheating)

True, I hate using actual loops. I chop up loops if I like what I hear and can't recreate it myself.

Personally I use loop masters just because they are easy to get hold of. Aswell as old 808/909 samples.
