Hey,

I am pretty sad because i recieved my denon MC3000 controller a day ago, and it only works on my desktop and not on my laptop. I only want to use it with my laptop off course.
-I have a windows 8 laptop
-A focusrite external audio interface and drivers installed i needed to ude the interface
-Denon Asio driver v2.22 intalled

My problem is that the mc3000 is not recognized by the laptop. It should install driver software the first time you plug it in the computer, and it did on the desktop, but not on my laptop.
When i open the mc3000 in the device manager it says no driver software is found (code 28) and a yelllow triangle is on the logo too.

I thought it had something to do with the fact that i have been installing many audio drivers in the past, because i looked for one with ''stereo mix'' ability, so i can record on my pc, but all with no help.
So undid those changes made via Control panel-> system-> -> system security->system recovery
After that i plugged in the denon and than it finally did recognize it! and started to install the driver software, But it got stuck on 15 %,
And now when i plug it in, it is the same as before....
so again the Denon is not recogenized anymore ..

Can ANYONE please let me know if you know what could be the problem?
I have a party in a few days planned and i really need to get this working!
Your help would REALLY REALLY be appreciated!
Thanks!
