    Default TouchOsc USB?

I have an android device and a pc running windows 8.1. Is it possible to connect touchOSC via USB instead of Wifi?

I haven't personally seen any settings in touchOSC which eludes to being able to use it over USB. Any particular reason why you want to USB it instead of Wifi? Or is it just reliability?

Touch osc can route through your phone direct to pc wireless, I think it does it by the phone being an access point.

Other way round, you set up an adhoc network on the laptop and then connect the phone to it. This does mean you have to have the wifi on on the laptop, which can cause problems for some people.

Yeah, as above, just download and use touch osc bridge.
    Latest mix

There’s also an almost hermetic community that exists in many areas of dance music, where serious hobbyists feed off each other’s expertise but barely connect to the industry – despite many of those involved actually working in it.

Indeed, never had any trouble with it, although I've never used it with an ad-hoc connection, only ever with a router.... should work just the same though.
