VCI-100SE Jogwheel and Pitch Faders not reacting

Hi guys,

I´ve got a strange issue. been using my VCI-100 for years now. now that one of the pitch faders broke and it is not in a good condition anymore i bought a used vci-100SE with the new firmware installed. now i got the problem, that the jog wheels and pitch faders are not doing anything when i import my personal tsi file. does anybody know how to fix this? thanks a lot!

Which firmware is on your old and your new VCI?

The different firmwares changed a lot of midi notes. So the old tsi doesn´t work properly with your new firmware VCI!

Try to remap the problematic functions by using midi learn with your old tsi.
