DVJ 1000 for DJing

Maybe it's an odd question, but how does the DVJ 1000 do on DJing compared to the CDJ 900 or 2000?

I want to buy some CDJs for home use, but I've got an interesting offer for some DVJs.

I'm curious to find out.

The DVJ1000 and X1 for that matter were ground breaking back in the day...its essentially a CDJ1000 that plays DVDs as well as audio CDs

Thanks for the info! There's not too much on Djing with the DVJs on the internet. But I think I'll pass anyways, as the CDJ 1000 just misses one required feature for me. Being able to play from USB.

I'll check if I find some nice used CDJ 900.

Also check out the Denon SC2900, they are a solid choice.
