Problem with Xtreme Mapping OSX Software

hey guys, i just bought this software but when i try to upload a mapping file from traktor i recive this text

"Few of the mappings contained in the file have not been loaded because they are not supported in the selected Traktor version or contain invalid settings. Saving the file will result in a permanent deletion of these mappings."

can someone help me with this? i already donwloaded and import the update scripts from the official website, but it didnt work :/

1. Was the installation of your update script successful? Have you checked the dialog Xtreme Mapping>Traktor compatibility? It should show Traktor 2.11.0 (rev2) for the latest version of Traktor.

2. Xtreme mapping does not know all commands (mappings) Traktor supports. And it just removes what it doesn't know. You can send an email to the author with your tsi file attached (info@xtrememapping.com). I'm sure he/she will help you.

3. If you have access to a windows pc (or a parallels), you can use cmdr.

When i bought this software i was in thinking in use it to help to map my livid controller r cuz im going to map like a super advance mapping with lots of conditional (modifier) specially with setp squencer and remix decks cells.
this purshase was a wasted :/ i cant even map something releated to remix decks in the software without import any exist mapping file

it is the name of assignation who is changing everytimes .. it's one reason for why i don't update mine my personnal mapping is pain to rework every times

There is not an assignation releated to step squencer or remix decks.

How old is the mapping you are trying to import? Might be some legacy command getting axed. Try adding a link to it over here and we can test wether it's your install or the map itself
