VCI 100 (FW1.2) pops and clicks performance modes

Hi all, and a Happy New Year :) bbeen a while since I wa last in, but been bumping into a little problem with my Controller using TPro and the VCI 100SE midi map
when ever i turn the knobs on the performance modes (i.e loops, juggle etc) I get a few pops and clicks, is it possible its something to do with the controller running FW1.2 and a midi map for FW 1.3?

Cos if it is I better get cracking about the Upgrade kit and overlays :)

Any feedback would be a great help :D
