Newbie question about using TT's with VCI-100

Hi,

Im going to start off with the VCI-100 arcade version, then either buy an Audio 2 dj soundcard shortly after, or save for a relatively cheap pair of TT's and an Audio 4, so i can manually beatmatch my songs..

Just wondering, am i able to use the TT's to control the songs on decks A & B, and also use the VCI-100 at the same time for the crossfader / eq / effects / cue points etc etc?
