Traktor Pro not opening

I did the NI Traktor Pro update and now i get a (?) question mark in the Traktor icon on my MacBook Pro. Any suggestions.

I dunno how Macbook's do it, but if it's anything like PCs then it's tied to the software. Find where your Traktor directory is and try loading from there

What he said. Find it in your application folder, double click it and it should open. Then just put this version on the dock and delete the old 1.

Applications/Native Instruments/Traktor

Use the start Icon from there and replace your desktop icon with an Alias.

The upgrade doesnt update the start icon on the Dock or the Desktop. Its annoying..!

i don't get this, the route is the same for the shortcut afterwards so it should work really, bloody stupid imo

Yeah it ties to the program name as well as data stored in the hidden ._DSstore or whatever files that remember the folders file position spacing size blah blah for quick lookup. Kinda lame IMHO, but so is crap on your velcro shoes...
