The system has been like that for new users for sometime but existing user hadn't had this feature because it took a mysql query i just did recently - when you post in a thread or create a thread you will automatically get daily subscriptions to it.
If you only want weekly updates or no updates at all you can change this in your user control panel.

I like the feature. It spams a lot but reminds me to come back to older threads and posts. It's good for djtechtools addicters :D
