vci-100 leds problem

hey guys

im sure u can help
i own a macbook black edition about 2 years old and a audio 8 dj soundcard.
the thing is, sometimes the vci 100`s leds cant be turn off or on anymore. have to reset the controller. and when i scroll thru tracks with the jogwheels. it kinda works in waves. im turning it scroles and then it slows down and then its faster again, eventhough my scroling isnt faster or slower(hope you understand what i mean) i have adjusted the sensitivity of the wheels already. dont know what the problem is. its like i run a windows laptop or so.
didnt have those issues with the old tsi.
