question on the 4 decks tks file of vci100

i want to buy vci100 and i found the 4 decks tks file in vestax official website. the left and right desks should be set as A/B and C/D.
i am confusing how i can eq-ing the A and C or B and D at the same time or it can be assigned as A or B or C or D to left or right deck?

Try the MIDI Page functionality. Hit a button to have the EQ control only Deck A or Deck C.

so its possible ?
