Who designed the S4?

was it mainly ean? because on the store its says that ean designed it from the ground up

Ean did say that the VCI 100SE would remain DJTTs Flagship controller.

He would remiss not to sell the KS4 as well though. It's in high demand and also because he helped with designing certain features.
