JackAudio setup

Hey guys,

been trying to set up JackAudio, to simply take the output of Traktor and send it to my external soundcard (Audio Kontrol 1). I'm planning on connecting some software using Jack. The settings I'm using are "jackdmp" in the Server path, Driver is "portaudio". For Interface, Input & Output device I've set "ASIO::Audio Kontrol 1", everything is left as default. I've selected Jack as the output in Traktor... As you may have guessed, I'm pretty much a noob at this so I may be missing something very obvious. Can't think of anything else so any help at all would be very appreciated.
