Yes it's all up to date legit version of Traktor Pro.
The .tsi on the Hecules website is only for 2 decks.
When reinstalling Traktor Pro with all the updates, the wisard still doesn't have a 4 deck mapping for the RMX. It actually had no mapping or config at all for the RMX.
