I've been hookah'ing since 2001. Two apples is all I smoke.
Not to many people In my area call it the proper name, shisha. I've just had the fruit bowl for the first time. Doesn't really affect the flavor, but its sick to look at.
Shisha in Canada is so expensive it's stupid (20 dollars for 50g cause of taxes :( ). So my hookah doesn't see much use. I do have some al fahker cantaloupe tho (buddy brought it back from Egypt a while back). It's good but I haven't smoked in a long time.
Hey question, does anyone know if shisha can spoil from sitting too long?

Really? I heard it was better then smoking cigs. Anyway - I love hookah. :)
Hookah is better for you than smoking cigarettes, because the water filters out most of the bad/addictive substances.
Hookah is awesome. Lurk on the pipe and watch the bubbles - priceless :D.

The smoke comes through in bubbles....big ones. There is no filtering taking places besides any particles that get caught in the water, plant matter etc.

The best way to toke herbs is in a joint. The stickyness of the roach catches most of the tar....unlike the water.
The above has been scientifically proven with a smoking machine that was built for this exact test.
