Just for your information, I just had this error with my Traktor Pro:

and I remembered that I have had this before, with SEVERAL NI products actually. Luckily I remembered the solution as well.
You have to disable your FLOPPY drive in the device manager;
Start > Control Panel > System > Device Manager
there you just disable the floppy drivers.
SOLVED!

Yep, I ran into this early on as well. Since I don't have a floppy drive, I disabled the controller in the BIOS. Problem solved permanently.

Honestly Tekkman, I had the same, it loaded for 40-60 seconds sometimes, even with Bentos and your fix, and baddabing, this made it load for about 10 the first time around. Now it loads for 5 seconds with your fix! :) Too bad this does not work on the Mac tho haha :)
