Wanted: TSI Combiner

Is there any slick programmer type here who can create an app that can merge two TSI files. I'm always adding new controllers, and usually assign them separate channels. It would be great if I can say map the controller set a channel and save the tsi. Then combine them as I need them, rather than using a HUGE tsi with them all.
In my mind this works, but I am not programmer. I'm sure others would find this a useful tool. It could also make things easier for people who want to use a club USB mixer PLUS their own controller, adding on the fly when you show up.
Last code I wrote was on an Apple IIe.

You can just cut and paste different TSI files together all they are is .xml files
