Hey all,
I'm interested in working on production with a friend. I would produce the beats as he does all the melodies and bass lines on ableton. I would be using maschine. How is it possible to sync our computers together so we could play at the same time for live performance use? And what would be the best way to record? Please help! If you need more info just ask me! I've only just started messing with Maschine, but I think you can just load Maschine onto a track in Ableton and then play along with your friend. In this scenario, you'd just be using one computer instead of 2. Anything you record in Maschine will reside on the track you have it loaded on and will be able to run simultaneously with whatever your friend plays on the other tracks.
