Contact NI suport.
Looks indeed a good candidate for a repair. Probably it will solve the problem but, could you try to restore the defaults settings?
I've tried restoring the default settings, but still no joy. I wasn't sure if it was a known problem or not, so I thought I'd ask here before contacting NI. Thanks for confirmation to do that though.
Looks like a hardware issue to me
