I have allways thought decriminalisation to be a better approach.
This is probably an impossible statistic to undercover, but it would be interesting to know how many people are using drugs more responsibly over there compared to before the changes.
from the stats they reported, all aspects of drug use have decreased excepting 16-18 year old marijuana use, which increased 2%
