Crooklyn Clan download frozen??

I ordered a pack from them for 19.99 last night and it only got halfway through downloading before it froze in the middle. I sent them an email late last night but no reply so far. Any ideas as to what I could do? :cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::curs ing: Pissed!

cause people dont work 24/7 - 7 days a week. If you dont hear from them by the end of Mon, then I would e-mail them again
