Traktor S2 Help!

Sorry if this isnt where i post this its my first thread. But i recently purchased Traktor S2 to DJ with. I cant get the headphones to play my cued track! I have the traktor connected directly to my computer via the usb cable and have messed with the audio output settings for countless hours trying to get it to work i just cant seem to get it to play! Please dont tell me to turn the Cue Volume knob up or anything, i may be new, but i am smart enough to try that.

have you hit the cue button on the channel you want to cue?

reset your settings en import the mapping for your S2
