Dont have that exact equipment but personally i think 8ms is fine. I never like to set mine two low because i fear that it will require to much from my computer (even though in theroy my computer can handle it with no problem) Thats just me though. Though i could be wrong.....

Once I started really playing with effects everything changed, and I had to raise it a little.
