you could possibly get a used korg km202 for that
Yeah great mixer, but to expensive for me.
You can get a brand new Behringer NOX404 for a LITTLE bit more (£169), although you might be able to get a B-stock one for under your budget :)

I used a Denon DN- X120 for a while. It is a real solid two channel mixer under $200.
