Replacement Faders for the Novation SLMK2

Hey everyone.

Does anyone know how i can replace the low curved faders on the SLMK2 keyboard with some higher more DJ like ones - like seen here in this picture of moldover - http://uk.novationmusic.com/community/artists/moldover
