when I load one shot samples into remix decks they pop at the end.
sample plays all the way through, then makes a loud pop as it returns to the start (not set to looping)
does anyone know about this or how to fix?

Hmmm, never had this issue. Are they home brewed samples ? In that case it would make sense if the end of the file doesn't match a 0 crossing. This also happens when you take a sample off a track that hasn't been gridded correctly, you might be grabbing the beginning of the next kick or something.
Quick fix is to add a fade out on the sample using an audio editor and reload it into the deck.
Care to upload one of the offending files? :)
I bet this is a zero-crossing issue...
Another reason why the Remix Decks are lacking.
What because people don't know how to edit music or because the program doesn't magically read your mind and know the exact sound in the loop you want removed?
The Remix Decks aren't lacking, but I will say there is a lot of room for expansion.
Back on topic, yes this is a zero-crossing issue guaranteed. Download Reaper or Audacity, export the clip to that and fade the end off.
