sampling with vinyl onto maschine....i need help

please i need help ,i need to know what i need in order to sample vinyls on to a maschine.., and on how to connect it., i heard that i need and audio interface a dj mixer and a turntable(of course) but i also heard i can connect a turntable directly to my audio interface if i have a line-level turntable ,and i have one of those but .., can some one explain to me thoroughly on what i need and how to connect it .,or direct me to a video on how to do all this please ,and thank you
