No joke - the first time I went, (to get the pitch on my 1200s fixed) I couldn't find any parking and called the store in traffic. Two people came out to help me carry the tables and one sat in my car for me while we settled up. A+ customer service.

It's great. I bought my first Machine there! There's also A1 records around the block.
