Portable Wireless PA Speaker System Advice
Hey all,
Wanted to get some advice on a good portable wireless PA system. By that I mean something that is rechargable and can be transported around to play at Beaches, Parks, Camping, BBQs etc.
Some of you may have the items I came across so I thought I would ask for some reviews.
The most popular ones seems to the ION Block Rocker Bluetooth: http://www.ionaudio.com/products/det...ockerbluetooth
There is a variation of this which I like that is the ION Job Rocker: http://www.ionaudio.com/products/details/job-rocker
I like that it has the 2 power outlets in case you wanna connect something, though I don't know how much power they put out, would be an awesome portable DJ gig for that too. Plus it looks a bit more rugged for lugging around.
The Block Rocker is about $100 cheaper, but I've also come across some similar units by Pyle-Pro. I seem to be getting mixed reviews and apparently Pyle-Pro isn't the best for quality but if any of you have had experiences with these let me know.
One is the Pyle-Pro PCMX265W which has a lot of cool additional features like a DJ type mixer too: http://www.amazon.com/PYLE-PRO-PCMX2.../dp/B004HJ9EJS and here is a video review: http://youtu.be/K4sHcXar-4c
They also have some bigger ones like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Pyle-Pro-PWMA1...ref=pd_cp_MI_0
But again both those have mixed reviews. So if any one has experiences with any of those or could give recommendations on what they think would be the best option or something different.
I basically am looking for something with a solid and long battery life that won't just die a few months after use as seems to be the case with many Pyle-Pro's, and something with clear sound that won't distort at high volumes and pack a decent or at least noticeable punch on the low end. I like the Job Rocker because it has a long battery life and the 2 power outlets but for a $100 less I can get the Block Rocker.
Thanks in adance for any input and hopefully this comes in handy for other people looking for similar units.
Cheers!
