Buy/sell feedback

You guys need a section under the buy/sell section where you can comment or review how a transaction went and if the person(s) are legit & trustworthy to sell to. Right now I'm dealing with a member who has pulled my strings for 2 weeks and has cancelled three PayPal invoices and kept dragging me along and I would love to have a place to recommend people to not deal with him or in good circumstances I could post what a positive transaction it was and recommend people to deal with him. Would be like customer reviews

On a few of the Reddit sale/trade forums the moderators can give people a little badge next to their name after that person has successfully participated in a deal. Successful participation = the people involved have either messaged the mods or posted a thread about having a positive experience.
