I appreciate the help but I don't appreciate sarcasm to a real concern that I have with a product. Ive sent them several emails at the info address but got no reply so I'll try the link that SlvrDragon provided with different email addresses.

I mean tekki IS right. That's all I did to get the link.

Why I did it like this, is because it offered you multiple ways of contacting them; website, contact forms and social media. If it came across as sarcasm, that just says more about you than me as it was not intended. ;)

(But looking back at the URL and presented URL, I can see why it came across sarcastically. Sorry for that.)
