Heavy Electro / hard Electro house scene in Brisbane Australia?

So i have been in Brisbane a year now and haven't really found a club or scene where Heavy electro/hard electro or the less commercial harder electro house is played. Yea we have the met n the family and the beat and many more but its always beatport top 100 commercial electro house/bounce or trap (sorry but i hate trap and it doesn't provide the energy i like), even a nice minimal club would be sick. can anybody from the local tell me if there is a scene like this here? traveling back down south for bush doofs seems like so much work when i live here.
