PS Vita -> Midi oontroller?

I have a PS Vita collecting dust in my room, and I suddenly had an epiphany: This would make a great midi controller.

Does anyone know if anyone has figured out a way to use one of these with Serato?

Chances are slim. AFAIK, you would have to develop a application for it. I'm not sure there is a way to access the controls without a dev kit($$$) you can developed a PS mini game but I'm not sure of the limitations. A browser might be an option but I don't know if the vita's controls would be accessible through a web page.
