ableton device toggle

Hey, Mad Zach Maps two "device on switchs" to one MF3d button then inverts the range on one so that he can turn one device on while the other turns off.

I cannot make this work on Ableton 9.2.2 with my MF3d. I can map it, but the swiths won't invert.

Isn't it just a case of mapping the button to one device while that device is ON and mapping to the other while it is OFF?
