Novation Twitch Lights are stuck on

So all the lights on only the right half of my Twitch are permanently on. All the buttons function properly, but the lights being on all the time is pretty annoying. Even the touch strip is solid red. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Is it fixable without having to send it in to Novation? I have had to send it in before because some of the buttons just stopped working, so this isn't the first technical problem I've had with the thing. It's had minimal abuse too. Not good build quality I guess.
