Twister Faulty Encoder
Bought a used Twister some months back, quickly tested the twist function of all encoders, nothing extensive.. Haven't worked the unit into my workflow yet.
I decided to finally get into the Traktor sequencer feature today and realized the push function of one of the encoders is not sending MIDI.
Is it possible/worth it to send it in for repair?

I don't know, I think your best shot is contacting the DJTT customer support. Otherwise you might be best off trying to repair it yourself or selling it here in the buy and sell section.

Just submitted a support ticket. Suppose I was hoping to get a response like, "I sent a MF in for repair, quick and inexpensive, totally worth it." :D Guess we'll see.. Thanks for the suggestions W

Yhea if you still have the certificate of authenticity / proof of purchase you might even be covered under warranty

No certificate, and surely no warranty either.. I've always heard great things about DJTT support but, until now, have never had my own story to tell..
After a couple emails detailing my issue and the fact that I had purchased the unit used, I was informed that repair services are unavailable at this time. However, they offered to take the faulty Twister on a trade for a fully functional used B-stock unit, my only expense being shipment of the returned controller. They even asked if I have a color preference! Now that's F'ing customer service!

The DJTT CS is so freaking awesome, have yet to encounter any company that can match this.
