Help Needed: Crackling sound coming from speakers

Hey Guys,

I recently just a reloop IQ2 midi for Christmas and have been having some issues with the sound.

The current set up is the iq2 to set to mixing in internal mode while using the soundcard of the mixer.
I use the mixer in midi mode since im currently controlling decks A-D with a kontrol F1 and X1.
The mixer is hooked up directly to a pair of studio monitors through the master RCA connection.

When i start playing the first track everything sounds great but as soon as I cue the the next track in my headphones the speakers as well the headphones begin to crackle.

Any help would be appreciated

Have you checked to make sure the firmware is up to date? That sounds like a software/driver problem if it starts crackling once it is cued up without playing yet
