how to get correct stiffness on traktor kontrol s2/s4 replacement faders?

hello there!
i'm a dj with decent soldering and electronics skills and i like to repair dj gear for myself and friends.
up to now, i replaced broken/glitchy traktor kontrol s2/s4 faders with what i can find and is compatible. they are normally alpha brand 72mm 10kohm linear tapers with some "stiff" lubrication in them. but using any other values like 50kohm or 100kohm is ok as long as they are linear(almost any value you can find is ok by the reasons i won't be explaining here). but i was never able to find those original faders used in these controllers which have a dampened feel to them when you slide them. the replacement faders i can find have a very loose feeling when you slide them, like if when you nudge them they will continue sliding forever.

my question is, where can i find those alpha faders with traktor stiffness? or do i have to change their lubrication with some special grease so they become stiff? and what grease should i use to get these new faders to traktor like stiffness?
