Traktor timecode CD Mk2 question

Hi everyone I have a question about timecode with CDs Mk2 version I have been researching lately on the best possible settings for using a DJM 900 and TSP2. my latency is 512 and my sample rate is 48000 KHz. According to NI this is the best possible sample rate for anyone with OSX 10.9 or higher.

So my question is why does the timecode look like this at 0% pitch ? this only happens at 48000 Khz when I use 41000 Khz I get timecode jumps and dropouts. everything is solid at this sample rate.

Also when I move the pitch up or down it goes back to the normal way it should look on the CD Mk2

anyone know anything about this ?

I don't use CDs, but I can tell u that 256 latency is performing way better for me and I'm > 10.9
