Traktor S2 Mk2 - need repair or service options

Hi,

I have a Traktor S2 Mk2 that is in urgent need of repair.

It was attached to a powered external USB port that malfunctioned with the result everything that was attached to it at the time (S2, mouse & keyboard) no longer work. The S2 doesn't show any signs of life, either from USB or the external power supply. My guess is that a circuit board was fried when the external USB port shorted and sent high voltage to it. But that's just a good guess. Is there any kind of fuse or something similar on it that might have saved it (hopeful prayer)?

The S2 M2 is otherwise in like new condition, so I'd like to get in repaired ASAP. What are my options? I live in the SF Bay area: are there any local repair options?

NI has LA offices that can service your unit. Your best bet would be opening a support ticket with them or giving them a call
