Hi everyone,
I'm sure some of you have encountered this before. I import and buy all of my music on my desktop but use my laptop for DJing. What is the best way to transfer the music from my desktop to my laptop while keeping the songs organized by playlist? I hope to be able to use my existing smart playlists on iTunes as crates on Serato on my laptop without much hassle.
Thanks. Any piece of advice or suggestions about transferring music/playlists to a secondary computer is welcome.
So this is something I do a lot. For a while I was having my smart playlists read things I had included in a comment field, such as "leftfield / house" for weird housey tunes. Then in Serato, you could make a smart crate that looks for that phrase in the comments.Quote:
