Troubles with a Stanton System 3

Hello guys, i hope you can help me since stanton didn't

A few months ago i boug an stanton sc3, was working fine, 2 weeks ago one of my decks turn on purple and won't work anymore.

I already change USB cables, Already change circuits between 1 deck and another, and this deck keep being on purple, i did EVERTHING tryng to fix EVEN CHANGING BUTTONS FROM ONE DECK TO ANOTHER it but i just cant.

Im thinking this might be a software trouble, but im not sure.

Can you PLEASE HELP ME? Im desperate.
