_tools folder question

I just added a Twister script to my Remote scripts folder when I got a pop up saying a newer version of the _tools folder existed. I’m using another program that creates scripts for push and I assume it had created the folder or perhaps it existed upon installing Live 10 Suite. Anyhow, I chose to just stop the operation instead of overwriting or merging. Inspecting the the two _tools folders, the files inside, if I recall correctly, were named identically. Are their script dependent files in this folder?! Any advice from scripters would be much appreciated. Thanks!
